Originally reserved as a rare luxury for royal courts, this soluble tea resin dissolves effortlessly into hot water, offering a remarkably smooth and mess-free ritual with no compromise on depth. Our latest batch is exceptionally sweet and rich, opening with velvety notes of dark honey, roasted chestnut, and warm caramelized sugar. It coats the palate with a deep, lingering body and zero bitterness, delivering a soothing cup that is rich in flavor. We love this for on the go but it also makes for a fun gongfu session in a small gaiwan or pot!

Dissolves completely in hot water—ideal for effortless daily brewing or travel. Can also be used with cold water but will take more time to dissolve. Each gel weighs in at .65 to .75 grams.
