Love Birds Ripe 2024 100g

from $7.50

Paying homage to the many northern cardinals that grace our lives here, we offer Love Birds ripe 2024. The leaf, from Bangwei Mountain was picked, processed and ripened during spring/summer of 2023. The leaf was steamed and pressed into these lovely 100 gram (3.55 oz) cakes on 1/24/2024 then rack-dried and cured prior to being wrapped with art by our friend Liquid50.

Enjoy the creamy, caramel-like aroma of the freshly rinsed leaves in your gaiwan. The tea soup itself is gentle, earthy, sweet and smooth brewed gongfu style. Brew it long and strong for a dark, thick, full-bodied drink that’ll have you flying high and free, the tea rich oils sweetly coating your tongue.

Relish each sip, knowing that the leaf was cleanly grown in the fertile soil, fresh air and sunshine of Lancang County in Yunnan province, an area that Garret has visited several times.
