Covid-19 Update from Mandala Tea

Greetings, friends.

Sara and I make wishes in this challenging time that you are all staying well. May your friends and family also be healthy both physically and mentally. This is a difficult time that humanity is facing right now and it is perfectly normal to feel out of sorts, anxious, grieving. Please do not be afraid to ask for help with any issues you might be having.

Pick up the phone, call a trusted friend or therapist. Stay hydrated, drink tea. Get some exercise. While meditation is always a valuable tool for keeping things straight in mind and spirit, right now it is crucial and we are finding it incredibly helpful when the stress of these times weighs upon us. We hope that you are finding the right combination of activity (and non-activity) that works to keep you strong and relaxed.

Speaking of tea, we are making certain that all of your tea shipments are packed with great care and cleanliness. We have always been sticklers when it comes to the cleanliness of our tea packing, but even more so now as we wash hands and sanitize in between any task here. Your packages leave our headquarters with lots of good, clean love packed inside them.

Our orders are getting out of our facility fast as our wholesale business is pretty much shut down right now due to the restaurants and coffeehouses we sell to all but shut down due to Covid-19. We will continue to offer our $5 flat-rate shipping in the US for as long as this virus is keeping things shut down, even as we ready to launch our new site. As shipping costs have skyrocketed, we will continue to cover the extra costs right now as a way to help make your tea buying more economical for you.

We love you. We appreciate you and we are so very grateful for your continued business. Sara and I hope to be here with you as Mandala Tea long after the smoke has cleared and each one of your orders ensures that our humble endeavor keeps on rockin’ in the tea world. We can’t do it without you!

May you be safe and healthy,

Garret and Sara
