Good tea is such an incredible value. Kaj and I have been thinking about this a lot lately as we’ve been having tea sessions that last for hours using the same seven grams of leaves. We steep them over and over again, upping the steeping time and temps as we go.
When one factors in the number of cups/servings that one can enjoy from just one ounce of good tea, even the most expensive teas are quite inexpensive as far as cost per cup.
