Amazing grain mini-ripe 2020
Tasty and smooth 5 gram mini-tuocha of ripe tea goodness enhanced with the aroma and flavor or “rice scented leaf” aka Nuo Mi Xiang Ye. Brews up nice and dark, perfect for an after meal digestive, but wonderful any time. A well-balanced ripe pu’er base with a most desirable ratio of the the rice scented herb, these minis bring great flavor to tea time. Sweet, earthy, woodsy with the added depth of the rice aroma herb. A fine tea!

Basic Brewing Instructions:
Ripe Pu'er may be given two 5-10 second rinses with the same temperature water as used for brewing. This primes the leaf and warms the pot.
212˚ F water temperature.
Use 1 mini per 8 Oz. of filtered water. Some customers use 1 mini in 4 to 5 ozs and others use 1 mini in 16 ounces. Find your sweet spot.
Recommended first steeping of 30 seconds - 1 minute. Add 30 seconds to one minute for each subsequent infusion.
Tea brewing is meant to be a joyful exploration. There are no hard and fast rules. Experiment with the quantity of tea that you use, and steeping times. Enjoy discovering what your preferences are. They may change day to day.
